Genuinely believe he's an upgrade on Phillips, who failed to take his chance(s) this past season.
Potentially the best ruck in the VFL in recent times, three consecutive placings in the Box Hill Hawks' Best and Fairest and arguably best on ground in the Stangs' 2018 Grand Final win.
He's also a bit of a personality, which the Club's media guys will like.

Like that fact that even the Hawk fans on here say he dominated at VFL level - something that Phillips didn't do.
