Saw Steve Saunders on the tram yesterday. Gave him a piece of my mind about the spate of hamstring injuries at Arden Street.

Only one of those sentences is untrue.
What was he doing on the tram? Aren't we paying him enough?

Still a chance for Garns to play good quality football. Pretty sure he recently signed on til the end of 2018 as well, so he's still firmly in the club's plans for the future.

key position players are a different story. the majority of Tazza'a injuries were structural as well.

Continual soft tissue injuries on the same muscle group is particularly concerning.

You can’t compare his injuries to paper thin hamstrings which could pop in the warm-up

Its a huge worry - similar to Nathan Freeman - have all the ability but not the body for it.

Fingers crossed we see more from Garns though - im sure the club will do everything they can

He signed a new contract in April this year.

Good for him. The club has been good lately at locking away injury prone players who aren't going anywhere in any case, such as Garner or Durdin, who IIRC signed an extension during his first year. Yet when it comes to the best talent to have emerged at Arden St over the last 3 years, we haven't been quick and proactive enough.

They've also been consistent in their inability to develop talented players after their 3rd year - not many improve beyond a certain point
