My biggest hope for Crock's turn at the helm is that he throws Boomer down forward a bit. There is a noticeable difference in the excitement levels among the fans when he gets near 50.
I reckon he's playing his current role really well, but it seems increasingly like a waste to have him away from where he can lift the crowd and team doing what he does best.

Even if he gets caught sometimes, hes still probably quicker and more evasive than anyone else we have.

He's a superior user of the ball than anyone we have too.

When speaking about Boom, we need to judge his output not in comparison to his own lofty standards, but to AFL players in general.

At his worst, it puts him back with or just ahead of the pack IMO.

I know, I've been looking for chinks in the armor too. But perspective folks. In a side with dal and wells, and youngsters in form, Boom is the cherry on top.

This year he's been trying to be a cake.

The 50 metre penalty he conned and the reaction it has provoked from West Coast fans on BF is the highlight of today.
how good would of it been, if we were 5 points down with 10 seconds to go and boomer did that 45 out, on the boundary, oh that would just make my day.
