If this kid was playing for an opposition team I’d be going hard at him he’s up there with Bont as the best out of contract talent available this year.
He could be the best small forward in the competition if he wasn’t such a gun midfielder. Vertical leap is outstanding and brilliant crumber.

Bolton isn't re-signing anytime soon, We all knew this would happen with Carr being he's manager.
Can't lie he does get best value for his players.
I think where our list is at we will be able to pay close to his market value . Still pretty confident he ll re sign , RC is a past master at Max contract for his clients , waiting for shai to potentially win a BF would be rocket fuel on the size of his contract

Realistically he would sign now if we offered him a deal too good to refuse.
If we have the salary room, I would be paying him a bit on potential as well he has improved rapidly the last 2 seasons.

Probably a top 10 pick, or two first round picks in the teens, Although I'd prefer Shai as the draft can be a lottery.

I'm just saying that's what his value would be, he certainly isn't worth 3 first rounders with what Geelong sold the farm for Cameron.
The twist to this is that the biggest offers are unlikely to come from WA, WC most certainly wouldn’t have room to table an above market offer and Freo have a very good emerging list and under new stewardship less likely to do anything erratic though with cerra a chance to split they would have some space to play . I’d expect the crazy offers closer to home, think Ess, blues or NM . He’ll milk these offers for all they’re worth and then re sign with the tigers
