I'm about the same dimensions as Astbury, been doing some 2km time trials and my goal which i'll hopefully reach shortly is around the 6:40 mark. So if he ran that, that is incredible given his size!

It appears they have been removed and removed permanently. I only just saw this myself but I am sure there is good reason for it.
