Outside of Clarke and Smith who else in our team can play spin.

Which makes little sense seeing as Swann is one of the best spinners in the world and they are playing on pitches that offer turn. 3 out of te top 4 have NFI. Thought we would of learned from India.

Shane Watson came into the side as an all-rounder unfortunately his batting is no longer good enough to hold a top six position and he does not bowl enough to be picked as a bowler. Next stop should be a quick exit from the team time to rebuild.
Due to his body and his mental attitude never become the talent he could have been (The next Keith Miller) ended up the next Gus Gilmore
Bring in faulkner next test.

People calling for Watto to go, who would come in and do a better job? Considering his bowling and the fact we cant seem to find anyone for so many other positions

It's completely fine now, as long as Usman and Hughes can play spin comfortably.

They do know how to play spin, right?

Right???

You're thinking a big stride DOWN the pitch; Hayden style?
Yep. Thats what I'd be coaching him for. It fits his agressive personality, and its not the biggest adjustment to his technique.

Easier to play across the line when you get to the ball earlier too. Less deviation off the pitch (which is what is killing him ATM).

Harder to get an LBW when youre 1-2m outside your crease.

Youre not going to have much luck getting him playing defensively. Instinct will take over.

Commentators talking about it now. They want him walking away from the ball. I disagree. He'll just get bowled more often instead.

I like it.

This is unrecognisable as an Australian cricket team, at least the one we've come to know over the past 20 years. We look like a shittier version of New Zealand
This has been us for the last few years - we don't have Hussey or Ponting to sporadically make us look better.
