Tell me about it , we gotta go for broke with this lot coz when they're gone , it will be a spell in the wilderness unless we pull some rabbits out of the hat at the draft tableLet's hope so Bo I'm getting old
not yet we haven't coz theyre in peak of their career. that's why we gotta go all out this trade and draft so we can win a flag or two with this group
and some people still don't see itunfortunately Bo we blew our chance by having the wrong people in positions that control our fate. 7 years now and we have 0.78 ruckmen, 1 FF who has to be FF, CHF, HF and anything else a FB that has to be everywhere and a couple of mids that can cut it and grab the comps attention and thats all she wrote. We have made to many mistakes in the off season to be able to get near a flag with this group. Hopefully Rioli becomes a magician and with the Jnr arriving soon, might get us to the promised land. Because we are not up to speed with how to move and shake in the player movement market.

That's because it was a Geelong supporter. What's the so called trade rumour for Lids? A Geelong supporter tonight said something about a straight swap for Motlop.....
Like trading a rolls Royce for a clapped out HoldenThat's because it was a Geelong supporter.
A normal clear thinking person however would just say it out loud- "Deledio for Motlop" then laugh, shake head and walk away.

these rumours have be there since the mid of august.it started he might be off to north and now he could go to geelong. l'm thinking clear and l would not swap a 26 year old for a 30 year old next year.the real trade start tomorrow not the pretend trade. That's because it was a Geelong supporter.

I would not swap a supremely professional, extremely well-prepared, ultra-consistent champion for a flakey, fat, lazy bludger who hears footsteps and can't get a kick when the heat's on.these rumours have be there since the mid of august.it started he might be off to north and now he could go to geelong. l'm thinking clear and l would not swap a 26 year old for a 30 year old next year.the real trade start tomorrow not the pretend trade.
Nah we are too busy arguing with each otherStevo this morning on 7 said he is off to Geelong. Anyone know any details?
l would say your correct.but l'm saying l would not trade 26 year for a 30year that been injury this year with possible 3 years left .if he was on the trade table. what would think you would get for him?I would not swap a supremely professional, extremely well-prepared, ultra-consistent champion for a flakey, fat, lazy bludger who hears footsteps and can't get a kick when the heat's on.
A first around 15-18 and loose change honestly. Make a huge difference to a team on the cusp with his versatility. Imagine him playing in that swans or doggies side even the hawks.l would say your correct.but l'm saying l would not trade 26 year for a 30year that been injury this year with possible 3 years left .if he was on the trade table. what would think you would get for him?

l know pick 15-18 would be great, but l can only see 2 round pick.if geelong had pick 15-18,l would go for a t. Mitchell and he's younger and cheaper.age is the problem with deledio.if Richmond put him on trade table expect him to leave once contract is over.if he didn't want to goA first around 15-18 and loose change honestly. Makes me physically crook .... Not many from other clubs have any idea how good this man is because 80-90 % watch football with a silly amount of bias .I look at how much praise Bontempelli gets and it sorta saddens me that Deledio never got this praise despite being at the same level at the same age.
Playing in a s**t team his entire career really has left him starved of the credit he deserved.
Lids is a great decision maker. His ball use by hand or foot is in the top one percent of all players, ever. Bont is stronger, that's the difference.M

In saying that though the Bont breaks a tag better because he has more time in traffic And makes decisions quicker . Bit more of a footballer than lids who is/was more a supreme athlete .

let's just pretend that they are in the same class as a player.these rumours have be there since the mid of august.it started he might be off to north and now he could go to geelong. l'm thinking clear and l would not swap a 26 year old for a 30 year old next year.the real trade start tomorrow not the pretend trade.

The Lids can't break a tag stuff is so much rubbish. The bloke has been tagged at least 200 times out of 240 games and has played about 15 bad games in 12 years.
