Got replaced in the centre square particularly in the last half by lambert, which proved beneficial for all.
I refuse to get carried away with etihad form , way to many have had inflated form at the shithole.
Your actually annoying when it comes to prestia. It's pretty embarrassing

Also considering he literally started the 4th quarter in the middle of the ground getting the clearance I doubt that first sentence.

Not sure if anyone heard the post match with Hardwick, but he mentioned that Prestia has been on restricted training for most of the season basically only training twice a week. Has only been the last 2 weeks that he has ramped his training levels up and not surprising that his output has also started to improve. For all the bitching and moaning about his performance in the first half of the season, people need to think of him as a horse running the Melbourne Cup, we want him hitting his straps when the whips are cracking as we enter the finishing straight, not when we're leaving the straight for the first time. Right about now we're at the back of the track passing the 1600m post. It's about now that we want feeling comfortable before we see him pushing towards the front of the pack positioning himself for a strong finish.

I always wait for the post match with Dimma..it can be funny and also enlightening...
Yes Prestia's training load has been increased...
That Norff bloke then came on and blamed the 3 50meter penalties for their loss...so funny!

Just my opinion, but you are the most annoying of all when it comes to Prestia.
Some on here are eternally optimistic and rose coloured, while others are eternally gloomy.
Good luck to all. Your Prestia love borders on obsession to the point his arrival at Tigerland and introduction of your Big Footy account arrived on about the same day.

Obsession ... and I genuinely fear for Prestia.

LOL ... nice comeback. I think I've mentioned that name you mentioned who coaches all of about once in a month and a half. I'm resigned to the fact that he's staying and nearly resigned to the fact we'll jump the gun - win a final or not - and extend his contract at the end of the year. It's how Benny and Peggy roll. But other this response, I rarely discuss the guy on here ... it's pointless. But geez, Prestia. You must have his name on alert, as soon as anyone posts anything here, you are in defending him like family.
Changing your account name .. yeah, right!

Prestia got a heap of it last night but so he should have. He played a large part of the game being our loose man off the back of the square. Norf had McMillan who got 25ish touches himself. No doubt Prestia was more effective and he did play pretty well but it was smart coaching that enabled it to happen that way. Would be rare for someone to think to free him up that way, usually we'd try others. The only issue I have with Prestia is that he has been to the Shaun Grigg school of how to kick the ball in a way that makes it look like a sack of flour. If he can tidy that up a little bit, he'll become more valuable for us. Hats off to him though, if you get some freedom you need to take advantage of it.

Last night will undoubtedly have done his confidence a real boost. Has been solid without being spectacular but given his limited preseason and a few injury niggles preventing him training more than twice a week, it's natural he wouldn't be at his full level just yet.

Great game from him and hopefully will be able to build on it. Just need Caddy to have a similar game and I think we'll be laughing.

You mean like playing in front of a loud crowd?
Only from a volume of noise perspective. When you play, you really don't give the crowd much of a thought in terms of "like or angry". The most notable thing is hearing or not hearing your teammates - anything else is overstated as an effect.

The distance between those players and prestia is so large it isn't funny.
