Right, kitchen sink... Didn't know we traded our best player and two 1st round picks for him. It was pick 15 and 55 for Jed, 38 and 40. Chill out a bit.
Hawks don't get rid of players that can use the ball, Gibson was killing it at the Hawks reserves side but Clarkson wouldn't play him becouse of his skills, he comes to us and we play him every game it doesn't matter how good or bad his form is and to top it off we put him in our leadership group.

Doesn't that happen to all our other players too? Not exclusive to Jed himself.

And he isn't in our leadership group.

Andrew Swallow will once again captain the kangaroos in 2016, while Jack Ziebell has been named vice captain.

The pair are part of a five man leadership group that also features Shaun Higgins, Scott Thompson and Jamie Macmillan.

His he tackling machine pls, who you watching his shown nothing absolutely nothing, his skill level is not afl standard at the moment his being gifted games, 1 goal in 10 weeks is a putrid return,on that output he wouldn't get a game at Brisbane
Copy and paste

He hasn't been in form, but he bases his game on speed and tackling and hitting the man hard from all reports from Hawks mates. What I'm saying is hopefully we see a different Jed tonight because his strengths hold up in finals. Let's hope he's kicked 4 goals in 11 games.

Was talking about Gibson being in our leadership, but at the end of the day it's not the players fault it's the gutless coach who refuses to make the hard calls at selection,

i wouldn't be expecting a great deal from him tonight due to his preparation and given a full list doubt he would be playing, having said that i arnt one of those who have written him of in the future either.

We have no Turner and Garner, and he is the future. Wagner is not ready Imo.Would you prefer Nahas?

If we had Waite,Wood,Wright and Jacobs then he might be pushed out as a domino effect around the ground but that hasn't happened.

Well Gibson isn't there either.

And all I'm saying is relax on judging him too early. He is still a first year player for us. 9 games.

Just some earlier posts I made in the thread.

Just checked his stats for that game. He had 26 disposals. 17 Kicks, 9 handballs, 4 marks, 1 goal, 82% TOG

Sam Mitchell was the only one to beat him from both sides with 28 disposals.

Comments from that game in the HS:

JED ANDERSON: Best on for the Hawks bar champion Sam Mitchell. Attacked every contest as if it was his last to finish with 26 for the match. Ticks all the boxes. Speed. Tough and a lethal left boot. At $141,400 looks a SuperCoach midfield steal.
This is another video I have put together of Jed from 2013-2015. It includes clips from the AFL and VFL.

He's clearly keeping that Brownlow winning HFF that we have running around at Werribee out of the seniors.

Let's call him Ghostman.

I here Ghostman would be in AA contention getting BOG every other game.

If only this guy existed we'd win the flag every year.

Fair enough, but that's not excuse for his poor skills

Robin Nahas averaged 9 disposals, 3 tackles and kicked 4 goals in 8 games.
Jed Anderson 10 disposals, 3 tackles and has kicked 1 goal in 10 games.
Yet everyone on here is saying delist Nahas

I think for Jed it is all upstairs, I re-watched the RD1 game again the other day and he looked a lot better before his injury.

Not to say that he looked like a superstar but he did look like he had more confidence.

If you think these stats tell the story, good for you.

People (like me) might laugh at your judgement, though.
