Please give him an extra week. It's a long season.

Gonna be a long season either way if we don't start winning games of football very soon.

Hit out for 2 quarters in the VFL on Saturday then unleash him on the scum Friday week.

Got Adelaide beforehand. Would kinda rather he had a hit out of the real stuff before that game if he's passed fit.

Oh yeah we're twitchy, good chance Ando plays.

It would be nonsensical to rush him, but considering we are so useless defensively, it would be extremely difficult to say 'no'.

As much as I hate to accept he might need a week or 2 to prepare, I witnessed a very poor defensive structure yesterday. Anderson could have a very dramatic effect on the ball movement through the middle. He stops Brisbane's middle structure if he played yesterday.

Then again, he could be very underdone.

Conflicted because he is the answer to most of our midfield problems, but could make things worse if he isn't 100%. A 100% Anderson can turn things around pretty quickly. Just seeing him not out there hurts our mids.

He hasn't even played a practice match. To be fair to the bloke and given his history, they should give him at least half a game in the VFL.

Fellow runner Jed Anderson returned from a hamstring issue and played three quarters, having 11 disposals and laying eight tackles in a defensive role.

8 tackles first game back. VFL I know but that is an indictment on the senior group. They struggle to get 8 tackles collectively in one quarter.

Welcome back Jed. One for the long time fans. Has another player ever gone from boiled lollies to chocolate in so short a time? There was about 3 Jed fans before the start of last season and now he is a massive favourite.
