A lot of posters saying we could have picked our players later in the draft but if we had picked three others first obviously we could not have picked the 3 we did. We rated them and went with them cannot se any real dramas really.
It's a bit of a philosophical cul-de-sac, isn't it? We got picks in the territory we wanted, we picked the best players in that territory. /end of

Goldy retires in 3 and this guy comes in to replace him

Keen to see how Xerri goes compared to him as before he probably was the default option to replace goldy now he has comp and could be redundant if not as good

Really does move around like a mid. Don’t see a lot of blokes his size who take a mark and immediately want to wheel around, play on and get the ball moving quickly. Exciting stuff.

Apparently grew up as a mid until reasonably recently when he had a growth spurt.

So in his mind he appears to still play like a mid in that reactive sense and clearly agile.
