ProbablyI reckon it was more the club rather than Comben himself.
He’s done that block now
Gets a rest this week but I wouldn’t rule him out of selection next week

If he does it will be a question worth asking. He might have always been on track for this week however at face value it would be much more ideal if he came in to stand next to Larkey. Interesting times. Is he going to come in for Larkey? Or is he injured?
Normal, nothing to see here (lol)" but the swelling was significant, so our medical team drained some fluid out of it. He seems to have bounced back well, so we expect he will be available to play this weekend," McPherson said.
If he plays against Dockers and kicks 5 there'll be significant swelling indeedSignificant swelling.
Might want to look at that.
I becoming less and less convinced he’s gonna get thereCharlie Comben is also expected to put his hand up for selection this weekend after recovering from the knee issue that sidelined him from North's VFL clash at Ikon Park.
Comben has been in fine form for the reserve side so far this season with his best performance coming in the Round 4 victory over Footscray.
"Charlie's knee blew up a bit late last week. It became clear that it wasn’t an infection, but the swelling was significant, so our medical team drained some fluid out of it. He seems to have bounced back well, so we expect he will be available to play this weekend," McPherson said.
Maybe when your 40Knees just swell up significantly all the time with no cause apparently
