Yeah looking forward to seeing his development. Not a great athlete but for his age he is one powerful boy. Does remind me of Mumford but a few inches taller.

He is an excellent athlete for his size, his follow up work, jumping and agility is seriously impressive for a guy of his stature.

Will be a gun.

Is this a sign that the club know something about Goldy that we don't? Seems funny that we would elevate a specialist ruckmen when we usually keep them on the Rookie list.

I have heard on the grapevine that other clubs were asking about preuss and interested in him

Its a sign that Preuss has come on out of sight this year and looks like being a very good player. Why does this stupid Goldy rumour seem to be brought up in regards to every decision the club makes? He isn't going anywhere.

Yeah fair enough, he is a massive unit. Has heaps of upside so we'll see, I also have high hopes for him.

His fitness is not at afl standard yet but after a few more preseasons I think we'll have something pretty handy

I saw him in Werrribee's the last game of the year and he outplayed Billy Longer and looked every inch an AFL ruckman. However he was blowing extremely hard every time he came off the ground so work is still required on his fitness. He is every inch a competitor

What's in store for the big man next year?

Does he play another entire season in the VFL or do we get some senior games into him?

Any risk of leaving?

Personally I think he'll be ready sometime next year. He's too good not to get game time at some point.

I reckon they will rest Goldstein sparingly & give Brayds a few games here & there. He will be more than a back up.
