Hyperthetical question, he kicks four or five goals first game and follows with another three or four the following week. Do we give him a taste of AFL before he goes back to school?

Hypothetically, yes. Realistically, he's a stick.

He maybe a stick, but a taste of the big leagues could be a huge incentive for next season and give him an idea of what is required during the offseason.

If he exceeds expectations in a run of VFL games, potentially.

I think it's highly unlikely, given his lack of AFL preseason (strength, fitness, game plan education).

Throwing a kid into the deep end that isn't ready, could do more harm then good.

also to that time line it would mean playing against the dogs or going to Perth. Both of those prospects I think just reiterate the no.
