The club is preparing the eulogy now.
I've heard the same from a good sauce. Mason went in for a routine scan of the ankle as a precaution but unfortunately the scans have picked up on the fact that he died during the incident in question on Sunday. Not sure how our medico's missed it.

Just another example of our poor injury management killing a guy.

There's actually some rumours swirling that his death was a pre-existing niggle from his rehabilitation last season.

This is why you never rush guys back. I'm so angry my membership card is going straight into my freezer.

B.Scott: "The reports of Mason's death are greatly exaggerated. We intend to select him for Sunday's game, but if there is any sign that his death is affecting his preparation, he won't be risked."
*Insert poorly photoshopped picture of Corey Jones' bonce on top of one of the living dead bodies*

Mason's fine. I saw him in Carlton yesterday. He was lying in a box being lowered into the ground surrounded by a bunch of tall blond people crying though.
And if you looked about twenty metres back you could just make out Sam Gibson and a shovel in an attempt to excuse his first half.
