Darcy improved his consistency in 2015, playing good football for the Magpies in the SANFL and being rewarded by being an emergency in the AFL late in the year. Darcy continued to play across half back as a shutdown defender who can create, whilst also spending time through the midfield in patches. His concentration improved on what he showed in 2014 and he became a reliable consistent performer in the SANFL. Darcy will be hoping to break through for some game time in 2016 but still finds himself well down the depth list in what is a stacked defensive group.
