Club wanted him last year in the draft but didn't have any spots left

The reason we traded instead of waiting till he was officially delisted was a couple other clubs were interested so wanted to jump the cue

Cats were also happy to get him home to us all this year they had a wind he was a tiger

Welcome young man DFA who is a tigers supporter who wants to play for tigers isn't passing up an offer from tigers to play and therefore going to one of the other clubs who were interested.

Could of got him as DFA but didn't want to wait till the DFA period. A tigers supporter who wanted to play for. That's what the club said.

Plus if we picked him up as a DFA he would have become an unrestricted free agent for life, every time he came out of contract.

Good get all things considered, cost basically nothing & adds some much needed run.
Saw a fair bit of him when watching the Oakleigh games & my only knock on him then was his kicking.
He's not a bad kick its just that I didn't see him being an option with the draft picks we had.
