Very impressed with what he has brought to the table this year, considering he had no pre-season.

Real natural footballer that can play a variety of roles.

EVW and Scotty Thompson have been spending considerable amount of time mentoring him with his defensive craft.

Wasn’t too sure on what his role would be at the club, but if he can keep locking up small forwards ala Rioli, and utilise his neat skills coming out of the back half, it appears a defensive role could be his go.

He's an interesting one is Joel.

Smart footballer, courageous, works hard, makes good decisions, but seems a bit slow off the mark and a touch off the standard athletically. He's one of those where if he had an extra 10% in the athletic department he could be anything.

I'll be curious to find out if he does have that capacity given his ankle issues stalled his development in his u/18 year and we had been conservative in his recuperation.

Lol sounds like the club have been reading social media finally bringing up Crocker. Liked the look of him last season in vfl remember he was named on the emergencies once but defs needs more muscle
