Summary
In his second season with Hawthorn, Ross was unable to force his way into the senior side. He played well at times for Box Hill, and won the club's goalkicking with 35 goals, narrowly missing out on the Frosty Miller medal for most goals kicked in the VFL during the season. Probably his best game was his first game, when he had 16 disposals and kicked five goals in the grand final rematch against Casey Demons.
Ross will be expected to push forward in 2020 and press for selection in what could shape as a make or break year for the kid.
