In better news, Paul Ahern (hamstring) and Kyron Hayden (Achilles) took part in all of the contact training, while captain Jack Ziebell (knee) is good to go.
 
Be interesting to hear if Will Walker and Flynn Perez are also ready to go in full training, pre-season times out indicated before now.

Looking at the brief snippets of vision, Walker was involved in the tackling drills. Add that to the fact that he played in a couple of VFL praccies before lockdown, you’d say yes for him.

Perez mentioned a some knee soreness in and interview a week of so ago. Shaw was talking to him in the vision about ”setting goals” and being a ”competitive bastard” . Maybe not quite for him. He looked to be up and about so hopefully not far away.

I reckon WW good to go, but Perez may need till about July. Just looking at these players coming through, very balanced side, good looking future.

Word that he smashed it in today's scratch match. Got plenty of it playing as a defender.

Always had faith in the guy, just needs to get a good run at it. Had a mountain of messages about the scratch match they must of had today, heard he's leaner and faster and gave ZH a hard time. So was he tagging or HF?
Are the Vic clubs letting in spectators, we're on a strict lockdown.

He has a couple of string to his now, WAFL he played mid/hf now run with/hb. Good to have versatility
 
Did a good job on Collingwood captain before injury in his first game
