Kids a ******* beast.

However, he did his ACL in early Dec 2018.

Rnd 8 is in May, which would make it an 18 month knee injury, he must of had some sort of setback at some point last year.

Potentially just being overly cautious about a young kid who isn't going to be playing AFL straight away.

I suspect you are correct.

Hopefully the kid has a 10-12 year career. Another few months won't hurt.

Looks like TAO was on the money about his work ethic. Looking forward to see him play.

Doin flys with 42.5kg's dumbells....gezuz!!!

Flys?

You must have some odd form.

Was flat bench.

So he probably BB's 100+ at this point.

Put on more size in 4 months than Brad McKenzie and Sam Wright did across their whole career!!

good to see the belt squat being incorporated into our training too...

At one stage a few years back we were very risk adverse in the gym. No deadlifting, no heavy squatting ect. Good to see that had changed.
