Spot on. I think it's clearly our trading that has been the biggest misfire of the last 5 years.

I think it's more-so the game-style we had committed to, that dictated to the types of players to plug gaps in our game management.

I think our brains trust got it wrong in the direction of AFL footy... and the the types of players to recruit.

We thought we would be a power club for the foreseeable future, which turned out to be about 2yrs, before we were redundant.
The contracts we gave out point to this.
