Which says to me his training program is all about midfield time (and not so much forward) - probably makes sense given the sub rule has been scrapped
I remember watching him run off the ground against Carlton in rnd3 and he was the size of a cement truck.
I'm glad he looks lean, he was super lean in 2012 when he didnt break down for the entire season.

Really happy with the news. It would have been Jobes decision and the fact that he wants to do it means he is in the right head space. We have seen a few Hawks have amazing years when they are 30+ so I'm hoping for Jobe to do the same.

His dad did alright after he took a break from footy. Omen.

If he fires this year I'm starting a business running mid season sabbaticals for established players needing a break (might extend it to blokes on 3 strikes and those who play for teams going the tank). Just need to come up with a wanky name (Leaving Teams?) and have drones like Luke Darcy pump it up.
