In the Collingwood game when he roved the ball from the tap had a little bit of Pendles about him.
His use by hand has also been really impressive. Looks like a future inside mid to me.He's done a lot of Pendles like things in the VFL. Regularly steps around blokes in traffic with ease.

Such a rubbish chainsaw.
Such a rubbish chainsaw.
The slow finger raise to Rudi Koertzen is alright. Not as bad as the leaping heel-click. Embarrassing.
Happy birthday to the best young talent on our list![]()
Smooth-moving tall midfielder, lock it in.
It's really generic, but he does look a lot like Pendles when playing in the midfield. Hopefully there's a big focus on his stoppage work this pre-season, once this improves he will really come on.Oh so a pendlebury?
Oh so a pendlebury?
He's starting to look like a superhero.

How thick set is he from hips/thighs down.
Gonna be a perfect 3rd tall forward IMO and i hope we pick him this year over either Brown/Mckernan as he has so much upside and development at AFL level needs to be pushed forward.
He may even out perform these guys next year but even if he isnt id like to see him given the game.
Or we could play all 3 with Joey and see how it works.
Also i wouldnt put a line through him as pur 3rd tall defender. I see alot of things that could make him a great 3rd defender. Has the perfect size, great attitude and discipline will be one of those real good guys of the club, has great hands so could intercept and reads the play pretty well. Also has a nice kick wont be a turn over merchant. I was seeing and making similarities to Mackie as a potential 3rd/4th rebounding defender when drafted.
I hope we give him a crack at both end in the PS. Just dont want to be putting a line through him if he doesnt get a game as a forward this year when he could very well fill the 3rd tall defender role nicely.
Whether hes quick enough down there might be the concern.

???
Speed and agility are Langford's strenghts
Hes not quick.
He moves well but explosion/speed/acceleration isnt his strength.
