My thoughts on his two games so far have been that he's very clearly a VFL player. And if he looks like that in the pre-season, he's no chance.

I say yep, he has shown a fair bit during the NAB Challenge, the pleasing thing about his performance in the WCE game was that he didn't drop his head after a few clangers, he kept at it and that is a positive sign for a young player.

I Don't believe there is room in the Backline for him at this stage. Id like to see him come in as a forward, get him used to the pressure at AFL level, see if he can get creative.
As he gets more comfortable at AFL level push him back to give us some use out of the backline. I think if he was thrown back straight away he would get exposed a bit.

Playing forward would be good for him, he would be the fourth or fifth forward, I thought he was quite good when he went forward in the Eagles game.

One of his really bad fumbles did come during a section of play where almost everyone from both teams was fumbling

Seemed frustrated with his fumbles but when he did have the footy was elusive and used the ball well. Saw him work very hard on the lead and to get seperation on defenders of kicks where better to him would have marked more aswell. With some more size and experience he will be a very good player I have absolutely no doubt about that!

Apart from the fact that he barely touched it after half time and he was rated our 3rd worst player in terms of impact I think you may be on to something.
