Langas fumbles happened- i actually thought when he eventually got it, he was combosed and hit his target.

He would have spewed in dropping teo marks in the 3rd. Gets one of them end up with 2 goals and a decent game

Apart from the fact that he barely touched it after half time and he was rated our 3rd worst player in terms of impact I think you may be on to something.

I'd agree with this but he does have attributes that are totally lacking in our team and stand out like a dog's balls compared with some of the absolute mediocrity we've had playing in midfield for the last decade plus.

Yep. He's got attributes that should turn him into an AFL footballer. He should be able to find a role.

The current rating of him by some is Kavanesque. Too many people have their Essendon goggles on when rating our player's. We have all done it. Very hard to be completely objective on your own.

do I need to sit here and read for you? he said 'people are mad by an honest rating' - some of those 'mad people' were calling him 'bests' yesterday or near to it. you said they think he's wrong. he's not really wrong - it was a mediocre performance with glimpses of genuine class.

He was very far away from our best. I have him in the bottom 6 to be honest.

Given hes trained as a midfielder all summer and then plsyed as a lead up - in reality he offered a bit more than Joe.

Its interesting if he holds 1 of the 2 marks kicks a 2nd in a poor outfit- then how do we judge him- possibly a whole lot better. He knew where to run so give him a break ( 9 games)

I'm not sure but - when Langford gets some easier balls and knocks up 16-17 possessions as a HFF/CHF and a couple of goals I,m sure no one will be having a questionable conversation about him. I suggest he is played and played providing he's going OK until he is rested

The worry was not fumbling but double handling and in some cases triple handling - First time this has happened in a game so it could be a one off.

As most have suggested, close to being a good game outside of a few errors, which hopefully he won't have next time.

Got in good position a lot of times. Perhaps tries to do too much on some occasions, but is going to be our third forward of the future imo.

Thought his game was solid... If he can learn to pick the ball up off the ground without fumbling... consistently he will be better than 'solid'

Even sweeter one in last qrt today..made some errors as young kids do but did ok today.

I like him a lot.
