It was a hip pointer or knee to the hip or something just after the bye. Hasn’t been the same sinceHas to be playing injured. Not that he was ever quick but he has lost any zip and his kicking penetration is gone as well.
Hip is cooked. Hurt it against Gold Coast and has just been playing through it. Second highest rated bomber on the ground on Friday night thoughHas to be playing injured. Not that he was ever quick but he has lost any zip and his kicking penetration is gone as well.
Our season is over and some people are melting hard which manifests as everyone either being sacked, delisted or traded.
I mean some people even want Hird back.![]()

Kyle isn't our biggest problem but I would look at letting him drift up the ground more then he does.
Tbh, he has had 1 great year in 10 years.
Yeah, yeah I know out of position etc but I think he needs to be a lot more useful and accountable now. Former top 20 pick...ONE great year and most of this one are his only passes.

It looked like he had license to roam up the ground more in the Brisbane game, and I thought it was the best he'd played since he'd been injured. He seemed to be moving a lot better.
I hope this is his role next season. From our F50 and up to around the wing with occasional movements in and around the D50.It looked like he had license to roam up the ground more in the Brisbane game, and I thought it was the best he'd played since he'd been injured. Does CHF go that deep? I always thought around the center circle was roughly it fir them?Pretty sure you just described the CHF role?
he did it well vs. fremantle as a good blocker, just wish he did it more during the rest of the season.Kyle isn't our biggest problem but I would look at letting him drift up the ground more then he does.

Accuracy a big thing for him this year, if he was just a little more accurate he would have pretty much matched last year. Considering how bad our entries are I’d say his last two years have been great overall.Kyle isn't our biggest problem but I would look at letting him drift up the ground more then he does.

Would you leave him forward then or let him move up the ground somewhat?Accuracy a big thing for him this year, if he was just a little more accurate he would have pretty much matched last year. Considering how bad our entries are I’d say his last two years have been great overall.

I would mix up with he and Caddy who goes up and who goes deep. Keep the defenders on their toesWould you leave him forward then or let him move up the ground somewhat?
where'd you see that?So it was the meniscus bothering him
Club injury update, went in to get his knee cleaned outwhere'd you see that?
gotcha. it was clear as day he was carrying something, so.Club injury update, went in to get his knee cleaned out
Because StI77 iN CoNt3Nti0NWhy would they not at least give him a few weeks to rest?
It wouldn't have healed a meniscus tear in that time, but it would give him a few %, and it's not like he played very well in the second half of the year anyway.

Langford kicked 43 goals. How are you going to replace that?Playing Cox or heck a warm fit body like Setterfield as a forward is better than playing an injured Langford.
I don't really like that the club kept playing him knowing he had meniscus tear, even if minor.
No wonder he was turning like a bus and could rarely get any separation off his man.
