Why would he come in this week? Did he bust the door down?
Not much else left with Zach, May and possibly Shiel out. Caddy still in doubt

I'd just let him do limited minutes in the VFL for the remainder of the year. Last time he was supposedly ready he injured himself at training, so playing a full game now in the seniors probably won't end well.

There was a time where we were desperate for that hit up full forward who could convert but less so now so I wouldn’t be surprised to see him used in a bit more of a Swiss Army knife role where he goes to half back when we are under duress and plays through the middle of the ground to help transition the ball.

I rate him really highly and I would expect if we wanted to move him on he’d have a stack of interest from pointy end sides.

No one is denying Kyles ability, the question mark is availability for 26 weeks of an AFL season
We don’t need him for quite that long…

Been doing hypothetical best teams the past few days and I think it makes sense to bring him back into the midfield especially with Martin out.

Wright May Caddy as your 3 talls is pretty well balanced and having langers play mid and then spell Caddy as 3rd tall when he needs a rest seems ideal for him. If he can get into good enough shape to stay healthy in that role

I feel like he's been out of the midfield way too long, and he's at an age where he just wouldn't be able to build back the tank needed for a midfield role.

He's been worse than a 50/50 proposition from set shot since maybe Anzac Data 2024? But I still feel like he's a reliable kick for goal when fit. I also feel he's a versatile forward similar to Gunston that gives our forward line a different dimension when he's fit and firing

Agreed, his career was on the line when we were trying to make him a mid. If he actually gets healthy again, just play him where he's good.
Maybe that means Wright/May fight for a spot as Big Slow Forward? Eh.

Absolute pure garabge first half. His complete disdain for setting up defensively is embarrassing.

Casually jogging around, side to side skip steps through the middle as Hawks stream past him.

We have this Kyle back.
