Correct me if i'm wrong but it feels like it's highly unusual for there to not be even a single undefeated team after 4 rounds. Is this a sign the competition is more even and competitive than ever? Tipping this year sure feels harder. Has the AFL's equalization been a big success?

We've even lost twice!!
Definitely feels like it atm. Found it a bit fun you can make numerous win chains to prove a point.
For example:
Brisbane beat West Coast
West Coast beat GWS
GWS beat Essendon
Essendon beat Brisbane
EDIT: My point being towards my Essendon supporting father we’re still better

Yes. Port Adelaide was the last unbeaten team standing but they got beaten by Essendon in round 4.
Moral of the story. Don’t be the last undefeated team when playing Essendon in round 4.

I don't really see this as remarkable enough to warrant a thread. If the ladder leader after 11 played is something like 7-4, then we'll have something to talk about.

I guess the question is, is the league now more even than it ever has been? Feels like now more than every, anyone is a good chance at beating anyone.. except for carlton of course.
Just shows that anyone who thinks they know what's going to happen, especially those over-paid mental short people in the media, is full of fertilizer.
