Yep happy with it. We got him and a 3rd round pick up grade some how! Must have been more points in it for GWS

If you thought picking the difference between Hunt and Wagner was tough then check out this kid's highlights package. Long blonde hair, 186cm, and almost exactly the same running style.

If they play him on a flank I'm stuffed. I'll just have to yell out one of their names and hope I'm right.

So we've drafted our own Darcy Parish?

    Just with facial hair.

Will take time to develop at Casey but a very handy player.
From memory has played as inside mid, half back and on the wing

This bloke has great skills, comes from an elite sports background and has leadership written all over him, was in GWS best in the NEAFL GF and is an Elite Mark and does not miss Targets, needs bulking up however could be a player at the next level and being a project player was probably going to get lost a little in the GWS low pick factory.

Will be great to see him around Gisborne again as is from a fantastic family, His brother Lachie is skipper of Carlton Cricket club 1's team also.

Josh Mahoney says the club rates his decision making and kicking
Well worth the risk for a 3rd round upgrade

The fact that we rated him in his draft year and are still interested 2 years later is a good sign

Can confirm. Had a bad back injury in year 11 which killed his TAC cup chances. Only reason we saw him was because we were scouting Salem and Kelly, Pies were the same.

Looks composed, quick and good skills, hopefully he can put on a bit more size and translate it to AFL level, basically comes for free so well worth the risk

He's tough, he can intercept mark and kick. Plus from his junior days he can kick a goal.

Think we've got a nice one here for free.

Really like what I see from his highlights... could be good back up for Nev as a small defender

Not a bad list of uncontracted players. I'd take Henderson and Litherland, then we'd really have strong defensive depth, could probably only offer rookie spots for those guys though.

Don't think anyone realistically expects him to be a consistent player for us, but I like the club taking a known quantity over a random.

Worth a punt. Looks like he has some good attributes. Also the trade netted us a pick upgrade. Looks like he has the skills.

Jeeze 2014 draft for the Giants is a complete wash in this trade period.

SOS' last at GWS. He has taken most of them at Carlton, but the fact GWS were willing to part with all of them says a bit.
