Tom was a complete ****wit.there's that bit in Succession where Tom gets excited because he will get to collect "a lot of skulls" from sackings/downsizing etc
we need a bit of that ruthlessness IMHO. got so many of the same type, none of them really adding that much. send the message...

you can say ****wit on hereTom was a complete ****wit.
you know meme is just french for me me?
you missed the point completeyBased on your posts, nothing I can say to you will change your opinion on him being delisted.
I and a few others disagree with you, and have seen him do things that give me confidence he’s not a lost cause.
We are allowed to disagree.
Right now Sonsie and Ross and Campbell are the only mids and half forwards who can kick the ball more than 30 metres into the forward line to the advantage of our forwards. Sonsie is in our side only because Toranto Hopper MacIntosh Short and the rest are poor kicks under pressure. As the kids develop it will be interesting to see which players they replace, the ones that can kick or the ones that can’t.More to do with being shite IMO...
I have no doubt Sonsie would be picked up ... he is a midfielder ... when we play him there he plays well ... Hawthorn would have him in a heartbeat ... is he best 22 ... probably not now ... he will come into his own when he is 24 or 25sounds like a player with a very limited and boutique niche, in a team that has older better and younger much better options?
if we delist him, will anyone pick him up?
if not, why should we keep him?
His heart doesn’t seem in it right now at the tiges, maybe he needs a mateI have no doubt Sonsie would be picked up ... he is a midfielder ... when we play him there he plays well ... Now no-one is going to take Dow ... we should put him on our rookie list
It took a lot of time before Shane and the team all knew that Shane would look for a quick handpass out of trouble, maybe with time Sonsie and the team will be able to replicate Shane?his signature move is the "look, no hands" handball. often over his head. hoping someone will be there
like Shane Edwards, without the perception, and the toughness
Genuinely looks like a schoolyard/training ground drill.
half trick miniature pony stuff
Sonz kicking the ball 8 times a game ~ has a KE of 55.6%.Right now Sonsie and Ross and Campbell are the only mids and half forwards who can kick the ball more than 30 metres into the forward line to the advantage of our forwards. (Dow & Sonz) been delisted yet?Keep hating a tiger listed player! Him, Short, Ryan and Dow cop so much vitriol on here which is unwarranted. Club drafted them and try to develop them, if they’re delisted, that’s the clubs call.Just fell to his knees in Kmart hearing the Retschko news.

The online ridicule and bagging of our own players is unwarranted in many cases.
do we need them though? id argue a kid could walk in from the draft and contribute as much or more in year one than these blokes do in year 5.I think 1 still stays

Too many people are hung up on sunk costs and still believe Sonsie just needs a bit more time. But after five years, it's clear the club is wasting resources. Cut him and move on. We are not losing anything valuable.do we need them though? id argue a kid could walk in from the draft and contribute as much or more in year one than these blokes do in year 5.
