Is a friend of a co-worker's son. Apparently a super nice young lad - but that doesn't make him a top (or even mid) tier AFL player.......

As the bodies get bigger then the tackle count will go up.........If you look at our tackling stats, you'd think our entire club is scared of a tackle.
Think it’s been Sonsie or Dow all along. In a bit of trouble to keep his list spot it seems

There might be a suitor for Sonsie - more so than Smith anyway.Despite the different positions, Unsure why you’d lock in smith before sonsie unless they feel they can shop sonie for a 3rd rounder or similar
I’m surprised we’ve re-signed Smith. Looked average at AFL level.Despite the different positions, Unsure why you’d lock in smith before sonsie unless they feel they can shop sonie for a 3rd rounder or similar

We’re not desperate for flanker cum below avg mids, we are however very light on for small defenders. So from a positional balance perspective it does make a lot of sense.
Sonsie and Dow I hope gonski they have had plenty of opportunities they are not going to make it just get rid off them
So am I, imagined that sonz would be higher priority than smithI’m surprised we’ve re-signed Smith. Looked average at AFL level.
Maybe, Blair saw enough improvement at VFL level to warrant 1 more season.
Re Sons, I don’t think his game stacks up, to the physicality and speed of AFL football.
Because were about to draft at least 3 more mids. We won't draft a small defender.Despite the different positions, Unsure why you’d lock in smith before sonsie unless they feel they can shop sonie for a 3rd rounder or similar
He’s technically a nice kick and that needs to be a weapon if he’s to stamp himself at the level , for mine he plays too safe , prob to do with structures and system in any case his efforts lack impactSadly, Sonsie isn’t at the level. He doesn’t have any physical attributes that standout. He’s not strong over the ball or fearless in his attack on the contest. He doesn’t hit the scoreboard or his forward craft isn’t elite (aka Kane Lambert). We have cover for the role he plays. If he’s not under pressure his kicking is elite, but if he is, he turns it over. I don’t like potting players who wear the Yellow and Black, but we need to move on.
He does some things that scream elite, some of the decisions to take on tough kicks and hitting them. I think it’s crazy to offload a 22 year old, that was an elite mid at junior level. He’s technically a nice kick and that needs to be a weapon if he’s to stamp himself at the level , for mine he plays too safe , prob to do with structures and system in any case his efforts lack impact
Yea I’d offer him a 12m contract and would certainly have before smithHe does some things that scream elite, some of the decisions to take on tough kicks and hitting them. I think it’s crazy to offload a 22 year old, that was an elite mid at junior level.
Geez I hope notI think they’ll both remain Tigers
he's a CAT B rookie.... ?how the **** is Oliver H-B getting re-signed before Sonsie or even Dow. Don't really get it
I think OHB was better in the ruck this year than Sonsie & Dow..how the **** is Oliver H-B getting re-signed before Sonsie or even Dow. Don't really get it
