Help 403 Forbidden Error

Can someone help? When I access Bigfooty on my wifi network I keep getting 403 forbidden error but when I switch it to my 4G I can access it perfectly.

Whats going on how do I fix it?

This is not an issue at your end - it's ours. We are working on it. We keep thinking it's all fixed but it pops up again.

We've purged all the ban lists from Australia and New Zealand. All going well you should have full access again. Can you please confirm?

No, I’m still getting the 403 forbidden.

Also remember to hit shift-reload in case your browser is still remembering that rather than getting a fresh page.

Just rebooted my phone and turned off Wi Fi and it's working now.
