Judging by that brief interview, he sounds like a very patient person who has had to continually work hard in order to achieve everything he has in both life and football. He's played all year in the reserves just waiting for his opportunity, and I feel that when or if it potentially arrives this week, he's really going to grasp it.

He'll be determined to entrench himself in the squad and that can only be beneficial for the club to have the likes of Baguley, Browne and Lee, all guys who are on the fringe, doing everything they can to compete for senior selection. When a few of the senior guys come back, spots are going to be very elusive and it's great to have that competition.
