Mountford wasn't a mature age pick, he was 18 when he was drafted and played for WA in the u/18's in his top age year.

He moved to Claremont for his top age year.

Been to that very museum myself too.

Bought a bratwurst outside, about to tuck in when a flock of geared up sparrows circled me with other ideas. Are those hyper aggressive sparrows a recognised thing out that way ozzyoslo ?

Havent noticed the sparrows but the gulls in Sweden just over the border, are freaking crazy. They crash dive to take out unsuspecting punters who've just ordered take away at the local pier in summer. Theyve got it to an artform, they flick the food right out your hands.

Can't provide a Scandinavian connection myself, although the Lovely Wife is Irish FWIW (so just a decent oselvar paddle over Scotland and downwards away). But can say from direct experience it's a fantastic part of the world up there.

I'd say no news is good news on the Declan front, perhaps?
