How is this debate still a thing? De Goey got concussed on the weekend, lets suspend tim kelly for making contact. Lets just calm down and remember its a collision sport and that if he was suspended it would have far greater ramifications moving forward. Correct decision, should have been a free kick for late contact at best.
Agree. Of course, the reason it's still a thing is the outrageous citing of Cunnington the week before. It's not as if Christian has become competent - and those pulling his strings have developed integrity - in a week.

Didn’t see this coming. The margin for error is so little for him when he can kick to space coming out of defence and he’s taken to halfback so well.
As opposed to kicking at the big sticks I thing he’s found his niche and who knows could earn himself another contract. Amazing really

Nextn minute he has an all time blinder season, then walks to the draft for a 3 year contract at Geelong.
Averaging 7 possessions per quarter over his last 4 games, massive metres gained, great run, and penetrating disposal. Would be well on his way to an offer for at least two years.

I'd give him 2 years plus a trigger right now. No probs.

He was a serious footballer at the Suns & then injuries and shithouse tactics intervened to bring him to a halt.

He's not too banged up and can still have 3-4 years left to play...................provided they don't delist him for pick 61 in the draft.

HALL MONITOR

Aaron Hall had his best game for the Kangaroos since leaving the Gold Coast Suns at the end of 2018.

The 30-year-old was a dominant force across halfback. He had 21 possessions to halftime, 18 kicks, nine marks and three inside-50s.

Sporting cornrowed hair, it was Hall’s first game on home soil in two years, and his Shaun Burgoyne-style run and stun out of defence will make him a key part of North Melbourne’s recovery if he can maintain the rage as the season rolls on.
