there are definetly concerning aspects of his game; an apparent lack of physicality, his unwillingness to run at anything close to top speed.

I think something that many fail to understand on here is that what Langford is being exposed to in the AFL/VFL is a completely different role to the one he played as a junior. He was a lanky kid who stuck exclusively to the outside because that's where his strength's played to. Now that he's moving into an inside role, new facets of his game need to be developed and surprisingly that doesn't happen at the click of a finger. He's never going to be a Parker type bull, but having a go at him because he sticks to the outside of contests is ridiculous because that was what he was told to do as a junior. As he continues to fill out and gain the confidence in his body to stand up in tackles and contact, I'm sure this won't be a problem.

Besides, this year he's at least shown a far greater ability to win the ball and has clearly improved since last year.

Kyle has that laconic run that makes it look like he's not trying and not putting in.

Not the hardest bloke, but he did put his body in at times yesterday to win the ball.

Also, Bird is most definitely not soft and is a pornstar

can confirm. film was 'Bird in the hand and two in the bush.'

Plays better on instinct with our chaotic forward line. Leave him there until Hogan replaces him.
