Delisted #43: Bachar Houli

Like a lot of the older Richmond players. Has worked on and improved his weak areas, the main one being one on one defense. He would most likely get exposed in our side as the work rate from his team mates to cover in defense allows him to use his best asset which is moving the footy up the ground with his very good skills by foot. If he where in our side he would be copping the crap Bags gets for not defending well enough.

Good on him. Unfortunately Knights refused to play him which made him leave (fair enough). He was dominating in the VFL week to week and most people were clamouring for him to get games.

Hibberd was the real loss though. He took Houli's role and did it better too. Baguley was the true lockdown. Dempsey was the speedster. The decision at the time was pretty justified.

Oh god I remember those days. We were bewildered as to why he wasn't getting a game, and when he was finally brought back into the team, he proceeded to torch St. Kilda (second time around in 2010 iirc).

Credit to Houii. He was incredibly average up until this year where he put in the hard work to get better.
