WTF another small forward what don’t think a KP tall is worth a shot? Call me shocked 😳

In terms of true small forwards we have Motlop, Fog and Williams (questionable). I'd say we have more general/medium forwards than smalls.

KP tall we have Young and Lemmy already in reserve. Plus I can't see us going all of JSOS, Haynes, Weitering and Gov every week.

I feel like both are needs but if you asked me what we don't have I'd say a proven small forward or small forward depth.

He might not be quick, tall, skilled or get much of the footy, but he is a nuggety competitor.

I would actually like to see him played in the back pocket rather than forward. From what I have seen he doesn't have the weapon needed to be a threat as an AFL forward but with a bit of training in the spot could be a solid 'guy' in defence of Boyd/Saad/Cowan were out.

God knows.our reserves need a competitor or two down back, and there might even be a path into the midfield as a tagger there.

I think he falls into the same category as durdin and fogarty. I dont know him that well at all. He has 9/10cm on Durdin so that helps with not getting outmarked like durdin sometimes does with high balls inside 50. Hopefully he is a tad faster than Fogarty who is medium-slow at best. All 3 fighting for same spot for mine.

I literally saw the social and went "what, who?"

Has played 33 games for Geelong and Port and kicked some goals, interesting choice, hope his name becomes folklore.

Our team is so thin in KP stocks a couple of injuries and we start underdogs against Richmond. Young we tried offloading and Lemmy?? the jury is still out. Unless this guy is the long lost brother of Eddie Betts still find the decision staggering.

I would argue we are in a better position KPP wise this year than last.

We lost Marchbank and Durdin. Who were both never available and brought in Haynes who generally is plus O'Farrell.

I mean with 45 odd list spots we have 5 genuine KPP, 3 rucks and 6 or so players that can play KPP/medium the likes of Moir, Kemp, JSOS etc.

I don't really think adding another KPP was vital. Either way is it going to make or break 2025 probably not.
