Coming into the system the hard way is often a blessing in disguise. Blokes like this often take their chances with both hands and take nothing for granted. To be honest his whole life reads that way, and the idea of staying with Dimma is genius.
Probably works out better for him coming in this way over being drafted, almost like it’s meant to be for him.

Agree, not a lot of expectation or the pressure of a top 10-20 pick. Can fly under the radar a bit.....high potential reward if all goes well for young Sydney though....
Knightmare had him rated at 22 in his power rankings, in his phantom draft had us taking him at 57.
You might all shoot me here, but I see a lot of MR in this lad. Hard tackler, sees opportunities to dispose that open up play, nice step, bit of speed, reckon this lad will be the steal of the draft
