Without the concerns about his professionalism Stacky would have been drafted around Geelong's first round pick.

It will be interesting to see who was the best Western Australian drafted Stacky, Jordan Clark or Ian Hill.

Heard Sumich on SEN last week also raving about Stacky, but Jordan Clark and Ian Hill also look like good prospects. Reckon we got the best Sandgroper tho.

Had full faith TheStackman would stand up. Wanted him in last week instaed of Ellis/Markov.
With all the injuries, those two will probably stay, but at least one, hopefully both, will be kept out of the backline with Stack taking one position (Grimes and Houli hopefully both back too!!).

I was pretty excited to see him play, was the obvious question mark why didn't this guy get drafted after the drafts were done, and like many others I was stoked when we picked him up.

Despite all that, I am still pretty astounded about how well he played. He had an abundance of class, poise, skill and serious toughness. It's rare to see that combination in a player who has been around for 5+ years, but for a first gamer? Unreal. Obviously not going to hit those heights every game whilst he develops but he looks an absolute ripper.

Wow! SS stepped straight up to the level. Having not seen any VFL, I had doubts. Kudos to SS himself, to all who brought him to the club, and to the MC for playing him. Cemented his place in the side for the year. Now we just need Balta settled. Ruck > backline please

It beggers belief that no club picked him even as a rookie.Without starting a shiz fight, I reckon it was borderline racist. They wrote him off because of his family background and he got pidgeon-holed as 'another problem riddled indiginous player' imo.
