You blokes have no idea how far back this kid's come from. Improvement is not a ratchet, it is not linear. If we weren't prepared to put up with the bumps in the road that were inevitably going to come, we shouldn't have drafted him.

Agree, surely we give him another 1-2 year contract
We aren’t the type to give up on a young kid that oozes talent

Club will have to make a judgement on whether he will make it, and not because of talent.

Hope things click. But right now I'm worried. He should be playing AFL, and doing really well. It's all mental.

Half a season wasted in the forward pocket. Our coaches get paid 100's of thousands of dollars and they leave it to Round 12 to switch him back. Woeful

If you're talking about being delisted, you're right. Not producing anywhere near what his talent is capable of and it can't just be because he is playing out of position either. Not alone in that category either.

Did u watch the 2nd half? He looked so much better in defense, attacked it hard, ran hard, was creative. Gave 100% effort

It was definitely a step in the right direction cos I agree with u before then he was looking so out of sorts and I really think it’s cos he’s stuck in the forward pocket and it doesn’t suit his personality

It’s a different mentality playing behind the ball, setting up and creating plays rather than just looking for a crumbing goal
That’s depleting for his type of personality and yeah Sydney is def guilty of looking uninterested at times for sure

Just give him a few games in defense before you right him off.. I reckon he will change a few peoples minds

Sorry he hasn't played half a season in the FP as he was playing in the guts for a few weeks. I'm defending the coaching staff here as with his inconsistency in a position , they're actually looking for a position for him where he can get involved in a game and master . However with his poor attitude , selfishness, laziness and disinterest he's letting everyone down. About six weeks ago he gunned it in the MF , only for the next week he spudded it up. Turned up preseason looking like the Michelin man and all the shite he posts on social media are a total show of all his vices I mentioned above. He's letting the coaches and teammates down by thinking he's some elite footballer and A grade comedian, when he atm is worth less than minimum chips at my local fish'n'chips .

Hate to think what he does if he’s not playing afl and in a professional environment.

Yeah and only to let us down again in the same spot next week. Seen enough of him atm he's on a road to North Melbourne.

Got to find a way imo. He’s potentially as good as Dan down back, need to get him in to a role down there somehow or we will lose him. And that will be a mistake imo
