We delist him, there's every chance another club licks their lips and grabs him, it turns out to be the reality check he needed and he kills it for another club.

He’s had a lot of time for it to click with us if delisting stack and another club picking him up doesn’t make him bring the effort required every week nothing will.

Good luck to him if he were to leave.

Gee guys, Stack is an elite talent, we don't get the best of him = we failed as a club more than he as a player.

At his best he's hard as a cats head, fearless and classy. Talent like this doesnt come along very often. I hope he gets another shot but its up to the club and him

I say we give him one more chance, if he has another year as a player then stuffs up then its 1 less year another club can turn him around. The way our list is sitting atm, we kind of need him to stay on it with our older players potentially leaving soon.

They played him forward so determinedly because that’s where there’s major holes in our list and a best 22 spot clearly available.

And after a whole season of it not working maybe they could swing him around even if it was just to find form and a bit of swagger back. They have been a bit bloody minded I would have thought.

He's been playing the same amount of games, practice matches etc as everyone else and in full training since November. I think the poor condition excuse has run it's course. They picked him round 7 and 8. Ten weeks later and he still isn't getting picked, that is not fitness.

Pretty sure he fractured his cheek doing a backflip off a waterfall in a VFL game a while back.

They gave him every opportunity to take castagna and aarts spots. Pretty low bar to jump over going off peoples opinions on here. If he was serious he’d show up to preseason fit. It’s all between the ears with him. He’s shown he can play forward imo his work ethic is preventing him from being consistently good.

And he’s almost a nobody now. Plenty of players have had good first seasons and then never went on with it.

That's just it, Edwards, Cantstandya and Aarts are not part of our future. Edwards for a different reason than the other two. We kept Stack for an extra year so play him FFS. At least he is potentially part of our future the other three aren't.

Stack shits on George with half a leg. Remember two points....
1) the game has changed and forwards need to score not just pressure.

2) our team is not strong enough to carry players like george.

How much can we incentivise a contract for him? Base salary has to be paid but can we just offer that and then match payments for AFL appearances. Motivate him to do the right things because each senior game is worth $10,000 (?) to him.

How is he not doing the right thing. He has played every game this season bar a fractured cheek and has put in and played well and tried his guts out. All this talk about coming back without the required work in October! There is no way he is being put on the back burner because of that right now, there must be more to it.

Last season he didn't get to the to the club until March/April due to court hearing in Perth yet he was in the side by July, an in far worse condition than he is this year. I would be very surprised if he is at Richmond next season, from both sides of the coin and that is why he is not being played.
