Whilst escalating trade wars with US allies, President Trump found time to comment on French President Emmanuel Macron: sometimes the French president does things that are “counterproductive to his country”.

The man’s total lack of self awareness knows no bounds.

I actually find this a bit disconcerting, constantly calling people village idiots or grubs that you disagree with should see some sort of moderation, i just received a 30 day ban for posting a non pornographic photo of a US politician that showed no naughty bits whatsoever.

You must have stated this exact same post 20/30 times.

But then again we also know what slant this board and the moderators take.

So perhaps it is OK.
what did you post? Can you post it again?

What's your problem? Is eighteen years not a long enough period of mourning for you, can you not talk about the reasons why what happened on that morning did yet?
Maybe we have been too subtle. No it is not decent to make remarks such as ‘watching a couple of thousand people get barbecued on live tv‘.
If your mates think this is smart or humorous piss off down to your shithole pub with them and leave the decent folk alone.

It was a photo of the US politician sitting on a chair - Katie Hill obviously naked but you couldn't see any female bits whilst combing someones hair.

30 day ban

It wasn't pornographic or explicit or were they in any sexual positions.

look it up for yourself

post it, you'd probably be fine.

From memory I said that September 11 was a case of the bully getting the bloodied nose, that it was an inevitable consequence of post war American foreign policy, and I stand by that.
No you didnt you hypocrite you meant exactly what you said. It was about 8 years ago and yes you tried to walk it back after but we know exactly you meant. It stuck in my mind as the very worst sentiment ive ever seen on these boards.

Ah, the private images used as revenge porn? Yeah that’s not a nice thing to promulgate at all, for any reason.

Oh wait - here’s our martyr.

Site rules. If you have an issue with a mod decision take it up with the mod in private.

Mike Krieger - hits nail on the head here:

Three major crisis events have rocked the U.S. this century, and much of the public has embraced, or at least accepted, the worst possible response in all cases.
  • The first was the attacks of 9/11, which officially ushered in the modern national security surveillance state and all but obliterated the 4th amendment.
  • The second was the financial crisis, where the response from Bush/Obama was to bail-out the criminals, destroy any semblance of the rule of law by jailing zero Wall Street executives, and to ensure the Federal Reserve (and mega-banking institutions in general) became stronger and more powerful than ever.
  • Finally, there was the shock election of Donald Trump. Rather than take his ascendance as a warning about centralized power, the faux “resistance” has been obsessed with removing him, celebrating intelligence agencies/military aggression, bemoaning free speech, and rehabilitating George W. Bush.
Three crises, three horribly destructive responses. This entire century has been an unmitigated march in the direction of stupidity.

Context doesn't matter, it's an Adsense violation

Mods don't * around when it comes to offending the Adsense gods, so it's not even worth trying

infinite others but not in our timeline -
Sure.

I mean, obviously Fox News would lambast him no end, but that in line with their business model. And they’ll obviously mercilessly pan whoever the democrat nominee is, unless Murdoch thinks otherwise.

But capitalism would still be the fundamental framework for America under Bernie, and corporate news media will still be a significant force. So I’m really not certain that the organisations that are currently so anti-trump would be likely to make a massive about face and support him, to avoid Bernie winning the presidency...

I mean there’s a chance, for sure, but it’s not the most likely outcome and certainly not the only likely outcome.

Imagine if Trump wasn’t forcing his own people to pay more tax on their imports?
Nothing wrong with that, or a trade deficit, if people are buying more home made products. That's one reason why the US economy has improved under his presidency.

Feel free to outline his infrastructure program, and policies that that have led to the economic dynamism that has driven greater productivity and GDP.

Oh that’s right he spends most of the day watching TV and thinking up nicknames for people that don’t idolise him.
LOL. You have NFI do you. The US GDP is in great shape under President Trump. Face it, the stats prove he is miles ahead of Obama when it come to fiscal management. You just cant admit it can you? That's why the left will never be able to manage the economy; because they have no idea of what it is.

3000 innocent people died in a terror attack which is the most catastrophic terror attack in living memory and you down play it as a "bloody nose". What a hypocrite.

How many innocent people have died as result of post war foreign policy? Ask Chileans about their September 11 and what Pinochet subsequently did. Two wrongs don't make a righ but let's not treat the attack on NY like some sacred cow.
