There's a significant amount of space between "innocent" and "deserved to die".

End of the day if you are trespassing in a restricted area of a government building, part of large mob threatening physical harm on people than you are very naive to think lethal force isn't an option to stop you if you get too close.

Audience enthusiastically chant “Trump won.” Two thirds of Republicans still believe the 2020 election was stolen. A rich vein of revenue for Trump. They still believe he will fight for them ‘to the end’.

High likelihood Donald Trump will run for president again, moreso should the Republicans retake the House and Senate next year.
