I've reviewed my data of the upcoming US 2016 midterm elections for the House of Representatives (since last week).
Using the betting odds as indicators of trends, the Dems have made some further progress in regards to the Toss Up seats.
In 16 seats for the Dems, their odds have reduced since last week indicating improved chances of winning those seats. Only 5 seats have improved for the GOP.
This translates into, I now have the Dems at one seat better than last week with my numbers showing 212 for the Dems and 223 for GOP.
That is, the Dems still need to flip another 6 seats.
I have 24 seats that I describe as Toss Up seats. That is, where neither party has a better than $1.50 odds of winning the seat.
Out of those 24 (Toss Up) seats, I have the Dems as favourites in 8 and the GOP in 17, so there is room for the Dems to gain seats in these competitive Toss Ups.

But not suprisingly, RealClearPolitics is once again showing extreme bias towards the Dems in their evaluations. Again, it's looking like a repeat of prior to the 2016 US Presidential election where the bias MSM are going to pretend that the Dems have this in the bag when a closer inspection of the data shows differently.

When I compare the data shown by RealBiasedPolitics, they have about 20 seats leaning much more to the Dems than what other data and betting sites would indicate to be true (in contrast, I found 2 seats that were shown to be leaning to much to the GOP).

To be fully fair here, the betting sites still have the Dems as easy favourites at $1.36 to take majority seats.
I'm assuming that is pure speculation that the Dems will continue to gain more seats in the coming weeks ... especially in some of those 17 Toss Up seats currently favoured by GOP candidates.

RealClearPolitics only reports the polling as it is done and it was fairly accurate in 2016 with only three out of fifty states going against the preelection polling. Betting sites are pointless because it is usually political partisans placing bets.
