The other reason why the federal government has a budget deficit is because the corrupt current president used new tax laws to funnel more money from hard working, everyday Americans to the super rich in his elite establishment class.

The first thing one can say is the 4 states that are the biggest drain on the Federal purse per head of population appear to be Republican states. oooo!

The SNL stuff really isn't the height of funny to be honest but surely the Donald can just ignore it. However, his twitter outrage is just a carefully manufactured strategy (including the media stuff) which is specifically placed to enrage his base and make them feel like they did just prior to the 2016 election that it is between the haves and have nots. For this, the Dems continue to fall into the same trap - they talk and act only for their base and haven't done anything meaningful to gain traction with those close to the centre.

Mind you, the attacks on him haven been unprecedented so who knows how we would act in similar circumstances. You can only turn the other cheek for so long. In the last 40 or so years we have never seen a head state in a western country endure the attacks from the left, mass media and entertainment industry that this guy has had to endure.
