So when Trump tweeted in 2012 that if the Dow drops 1000 points in a few days, the President should be impeached, let me guess, that only applies to African American presidents born in Kenya?

That is if he even accepts the numbers. Just as likely he will call them fake news and attack anyone who repeats them.

Some new metric will be found that PROVES there is no recession, and a bunch of people will nod their heads in approval of these alternative facts. Anyone disagreeing will be accused of having TDS and swallowing the false MSM narrative.

Yes. By the time the last smudge of his supporters realise he really is a s**t bag, it will be too late.

God only knows how much money he has already accepted from KJU or spirited out of government coffers into his mattress. He just needs to buy time to steal more.

He needs to buy time to get statutes of limitations to expire. Even then it won't work.

But the Democrats don't need to wipe out or flip his entire vote.

They won the popular vote. Trump negotiated a very narrow path through Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania to win. He needs to pull the same trick twice and he won't be able to do that with a tanking economy.

He could well lose in a Walter Mondale landslide here.

There is quite an irony in the fact that he spent so much time trying to trash Obama's legacy and it seems the 2nd half of his presidency will be all about highlighting how good Obama actually was.

Trump was handed a growing economy on a plate just in time that he could actually take credit for it, and what has he done? He has tanked it massively - what a knob

As they say your greatest strength is also your greatest weakness.
It's fine , even perhaps an asset , to be a misogynistic narcissist when you're running Trump Tower but it's a huge weakness in western politics.
You need empathy , vision and an ability to unite to do well in that gig - and he has none whatsoever of that.
He's just not likeable - he shows false loyalty if you blow smoke up his rectum and will insult fight and double down on you if disagree with him
He may believe he's the smartest one in the room but to ignore the resources at his disposal and rely on your gut is never going to end well.
As a narcissist he probably stopped learning in his early 20's and that's a scary thought for POTUS

Any Political Advisor would have pleaded with him to do Infrastructure and perhaps a modified version of Tax Cuts first - then he would have been off with a flier with positive momentum. Instead his consuming hate ( or jealousy) of Obama forced him into Repeal and Replace which just showcased how inept he is as a Politician.
His achievement Cabinet is now looking decidedly bare.
The US is going to need a lot more from him and his Government but sadly we're a long way stripping layers off the onion and there will be nothing there at the end , the Emperor indeed will have no clothes ( and that's not a thought worth contemplating at all )

This reads like your 'dear diary' entry as opposed to actual reality.

The sooner you and Chief come to terms with Trump 2020 the better prepared you'll be. You'll be fine but I seriously worry about Chief's sanity when Trump is re-elected. I'm thinking about setting up a live event at a park. Hire a big screen, a few food trucks, and a bar. Bring your deck chairs/bean bags. Split the screen up so we get different viewpoints -> TYT live feed, CNN, MSNBC, democrat candidate headquarters and a live feed of Chief's posting post-election result on Big Footy. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Chief's insanity fund.
