He’s very nimble and agile but the decision making and the time to take it from hand to foot is treacle slow.

Kid who's played ruck is asked to play KPD at AFL level out of extreme necessity and looks like a kid who's played ruck and not KPD.

I assume their plan is he's ruck back-up / depth as well if they think one of Bryan or Draper will go at the end of season and Goldstein retires.

I think he has done well enough. He is never going to be a full time defender but the way he gets around he looks like he may have something to offer as a ruck.

Actually looks to be a pretty rare type athletically. Obviously pretty much is what he is at his age and is realistically nothing more than a stop gap / depth if we retain him, but I think there is something to work with.

Shows athleticism, is 203cm and can read the play.
Sound like pretty good traits for a ruckman.

I’m a bit the same.

At first glance doesn’t look like he has the frame to play ruck. Height, reach and mobility could make him useful depth for key defence.

But yeah, that’s just off vibes - need to see more.
