Why are people up in angst about us giving him a 1 year extension now ? Ffs it’s 1 year. I think we can afford this . They must be happy with his development / improvement so far.

In isolation it's a non-issue. But more broadly, our list management decisions are always slightly baffling.
Why now, when he's kind of regressed and I honestly don't see what he has shown in his last 6 or 7 AFL/VFL games?
I like him and I do think he has shown things in earlier games, but if nothing improved before the end of this year would you extend him?
It's another in a long line of decisions where you scratch your head.

I have never seen or heard the following statements on BF forums from Kangas fans since he has been at the club.

1. RJH absolutely dominated in the VFL yesterday and would be in the top coaches votes.
2. Can’t wait to rush RHJ back into the ones and solve our crumbing small forward problems.
3. Gee what a steal we got him in the MSD and all those other clubs missed out on him. Brady is a genius.

Yes I blardy am Micky, and yes I'm not like you, who just meander through life dealing in facts. ( love) I seek drama!! I like to be all upfended.

Upfended is a cross between upset and offended. Anyway I'm desperate to get back there.

Below pic is of ancient bedrock, that as I'm not a ****en rock expert. I'm calling it ****ed and ripe for the plucking.




And here is my measly 4.5 grams





And some campaigner plucked a 20 ouncer 1K up the road FFS & FMD. Probably barracked for Hawthorn

I don't think anyone is celebrating a backline with Corr and Pink in it long term.
But you need replacements to come in, there is not likely to be many trade/FA candidates for us and it's not the best looking draft to be cutting deep in and picking more than 3-4 ND picks.
We may lose one or two in trades, but we still need to keep some squad depth around, even if for 12 months.

Im with ya, we are still a basket case and signing up state league players annoys me.

We were pretty good at it once upon a time.
Firrito, Thompson, King, Brown, Makepeace and Gibson x2.

Been a graveyard in recent years though, but hopefully Pinky can give us a couple of solid years while others develop behind him.
